About me and my practice
I work closely with my clientele to support them using integrative theoretical approaches focusing on how they can improve their lives and further experience a sense of fulfillment in order to reach their best potential.
Experience
I have been helping clients with their emotional and psychological issues for 17 years around the West Sussex area and now internationally. As a trained professional, I use different therapeutic approaches. Working integratively I use person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic, solution focused and Systemic theory adapting to the clients personal needs.
As a Clinical supervisor,I have the knowledge & progressive skillset to support you through your training as well as proactively supporting qualified counsellors working ethically and congruently with you.
I offer an inclusive practice that is respectful to a diverse range of clients, from young persons, adults, supervisees & qualified counsellors from many differing backgrounds & cultures with a wide range of presenting problems & challenges. This could be anxiety disorders, relationship breakdowns, stress & work related stress, personality disorders, anger management and abuse, trauma & addictions. These just to name a few.

Initial Consultations are at a reduced cost of £25 for a 50 minute session. We will work through together an assessment of your needs and discuss how I can help you best with your presenting issues.
